  3. Nutrition: Having a proper diet also helps greatly when you are trying to stay healthy and away from Osteoporosis. By eating a lot of healthy vegetables and fruits, you can keep your body healthy and your bones healthy. As well, try and get some calcium in you to help keep your bones strong. It is well documented that milk helps your bones, so try and drink as much as you can throughout your life.
